All software services start after scope approval. Therefore, refunds depend on the actual project execution status.

Before Work Starts

A full refund can be requested within 48 hours of payment if no technical work or requirement analysis has started.

After Work Starts

If work has started, completed hours/tasks will be deducted and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

Milestone-Based Projects

Each milestone is billed independently. A delivered and approved milestone is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Client change of mind after delivery of an approved milestone.
  • Delays caused by missing requirements or content from the client.
  • Additional work completed outside the original scope at the client’s request.
